I hope you’re having a lovely weekend. I’m writing this when I should be doing school work – so it’s a nice change! Welcome to Day 6 of our run of Designing out Suicide submission posts. We’re posting each submission, as it appears in our 2016 zine.

The today’s post features advice from Kat Chadwick. Kat submitted her photography work to the designing out zine for 2015 (our first issue). This time she chose to take a more advice driven approach. Kat writes with ‘the intention of normalising anxiety and panic disorders.’ and to offer her advice for sufferers and how to help sufferers.
