Levy says “I draw my mental monsters and imprison them in a plastic wallet”. That’s a pretty great cathartic method as far as we’ve concerned. Do you have any method of figurative exorcism? I’ve heard people writing down their feelings and then physically destroying the paper they’re written on – I can imagine this being a pretty amazing way of banishing negativity or unwelcome thoughts.
