ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This is Sunn Bear Zine’s first official Workshop for Designing Out Suicide. The nature of Saturday’s workshop is to get together in our peer support discussion group whilst cutting and sticking. There’ll be a couple of drawing exercises but plenty of stuff to do whilst we all discuss and share elements of mental health. Please come along to meet like minded people, to listen, to talk and share experiences.

There’s an optional creative side to the workshop, we hope to engage in these activities as a means of expression, no prior knowledge or skill of collage is needed.

You’re welcome to bring along whatever you want to, if there are some things you’d like to cut and stick you’re welcome to bring whatever you’d like! All materials provided! Everyone welcome!

There’s a suggested donation of £2 per person for the hire of the space and for the materials but you needn’t worry about this if you can’t afford it – just come along and there’s no pressure to pay if you can’t or don’t want to. I’ll just leave a little tin on the table.

ABOUT THE VENUE:
Theatre Delicatessen are a theatre company that originated in London. They create artistic hubs work with commercial property owners to make use of empty buildings. Sheffield is lucky enough to have a Theatre Deli based in the old Woolworths, on the Moore. If you’ve not been already you should pop over on saturday, if not just for a look!
